Oooooh lala
Bonjour et bonsoir tout le monde!
Sadly I’m back from holiday from the South of France. Wish we could have stayed longer but work was calling (I sadly don’t have enough holiday to take a year off…sigh).
Nevertheless I found some amazing stuff on local markets which you’ll find everywhere throughout the Provence. Especially during summertime there are markets everywhere, filled with brocante, antiques and junk.
As many of you may know the little place l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the shopping paradise for antiques & brocante lovers like me? Well I bought another beautiful old soda bottle there… Couldn’t resist it! And it was another blue one. G.o.r.g.e.o.u.s. I’ll try to post a picture of the bottle soon.
Besides the huge market on Sunday in l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (one of the biggest antique markets in Europe by the way!!) we also visited other smaller markets and once in a while I discovered some super cute little shops at the Côte d’Azur…
Near Quai Calendal in Cassis (near the Côte d’Azur) I found a little shop where I bought two sweet tin boxes. Too bad I forgot the name of the store. Next to where I shopped, there was another sweet shop called Bazarettes. Super fun for kiddos and mommies who love bright coloured gadgets and things you just want to have!
Since the internet connection didn’t work well during our holiday I wasn’t able to connect and blog but here I am… back with lots of inspiration for my little blog AND great ideas for the future!
Can you imagine how much I miss the Provence???
Un bisou à vous! xxx Inge
