Hit The Road Jack {Table Decor}

Every time I come across some adorable table settings I just have to share it with you. There’s something about old vintage Coca Cola bottles and crates that make this little party so festive looking. Totally vintage Americana, don’t you think? I just love every detail, but the best part has to be the Viewmaster (yep, that thing we all had when we were kids). They used old Viewmasters as invitations. How cool is that? I mean, why didn’t I think of this before? It must be cool to send view masters to your close friends and family with pictures of your engagement, shot while being on a road trip… And then invite everyone over to a wedding party. I just love that idea.

Invented and styled by the hands of Mélangerie Inc and Rock Paper Scissors Events, this photoshoot by Jen Huang is just oozing inspiration! It definitely makes me wants to hit the road (Jack) and get a fresh Coke on my table…

Dreams come true {Fresher than Fresh cones}

I love campers. Especially the vintage ones. {Remember this post?} They’re hot these days!

And let’s not forget: on hot summer days I love a good cold ice cream or snow cone. Combine my two loves and you get Fresher than Fresh, a unique gourmet cones business owned by Lindsay Laricks. She restored a sweet old 1957 Shasta trailer from where she brings her organic, natural treats to people. This gal made it come true for herself & followed her dreams!

{Isn’t this darling? Her mascot of Fresher than Fresh sits on top of the trailer and glows at night in different colours} (meer…)

Your Spot is Hot: Josephine’s in Antwerp

Instead of a home tour like usual, I wanted to share something different this week.

Every now and then I like to meet my friends in Brasschaat (near Antwerp) where I’m originally from. We leave Bruges for the weekend and head out north…

So last Saturday my hubby and I went to Antwerp for an evening out on the town with our best friend Ivan. We eventually ended up at a cocktail bar/restaurant named Josephine’s. THE best place in the city of Antwerp to get amazing cocktails, I tell you that! And I like me a good cocktail, especially since I don’t come out of the house much anymore…

Vintage camera love

I love old cameras. In fact, my dad has got some pretty cool ones at home, but he’s not willing to give them up (not yet…haha!). Since I was looking at some cool vintage cameras on the web, I found some pretty cool ideas to display your love for these beauties… Here are my 7 favorites:

1. Use the camera as a centerpiece
